2015 Bunkers Cabernet Merlot (12 x 750ml), Margaret River by Calnegie Family Vineyards, 14.5% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: WINEMAKER’S NOTE: Deep purple colour with lifted, rich and ripe fruit with balanced oak flavours. Medium bodied palate with fine deep tannins and a succulent deep fruited finish. VINTAGE: Fine and warm with good conditions throughout. VINEYARDS: Northern Margaret River selected vineyards, for fuller and more robust flavours. VINIFICATION: Fermented in open vats and matured in oak for twelve months, fined and clarified before bottling.

2017 1840 Shiraz (6 x 750ml), Swan Valley by Sandalford Estate, 14.8% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: Colour: Cherry Red Nose: Concentrated black and blue berries with underlying savoury spices, particularly pepper and nutmeg. Palate: Lush berry fruits meld with layers of savoury spices. There’s notes of Szechuan pepper, mocha and cedar. The palate has lovely weight and complexity. The silky tannins and acid work together to produce a wine with wonderful length. This wine definitely has that drinkability factor. RRP $300.00

2014 Cherished Merlot (12 x 750ml), Blackwood Valley by Dickinson Estate, 14.5% Alc/Vol. James Halliday Wine Companion 5 STAR 2020 Winemaking: A cultured yeast used for fermentation, pressed via tank then to oak barrel (10% new French Oak) for 11 months. Tasting Notes: The 2014 Cherished Merlot has a lifted aroma of berries and plums with a touch of violets layered over the top of French oak. 2017 Prendiville Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz (6 x 750ml), Margaret River by Sandalford Estate, 14.3% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: Colour: Dark ruby red. Nose: A complex meld of flavours that really benefits when given time to open up and evolve in the glass. This wine starts with savoury spices of bay leaf, juniper and star anise. It further opens to reveal rich dark berries, particularly blackberries and sweet blueberries, a hint of violets. Palate: Like the nose, this wine will keep evolving in the glass as you’re enjoying it. Blackberries and sweet blueberries are in abundance with the same savoury spices evolving to cinnamon and nutmeg flavours. The French oak adds layers of cedar and mocha with the tannins smooth and silky soft, yet full of power. They, in combination with the acid balance, build a beautifully textured palate, meaning the wine and all of it’s complex flavours will linger on long after you’ve enjoyed it. Vertical Rose (12 x 750ml), Tasting Notes: 2014, 2015 and 2016 Rose, Denmark by Silverstream Wines, 12.0 -12.5% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: A vertical 12 pack consisting of four bottles each of the three vintages of Silverstream Rose. All three are produced from a blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot. The fruit is 100% estate fruit sourced from the Silverstream Denmark vineyard - Great Southern. Aromas of red cherry and strawberry with an underlying savoury nuance. They are dry styles with a savoury mid-palate that is well supported by red cherry and strawberry fruits of Summer. A perfect style to drink during the warmer months of the year. Drink with a cheese board, salmon and white meats. Excellent with an Thai prawn salad. Winemaking: The handpicked grapes were gently crushed together and then gently pressed off into tank. Fermented with aromatic yeasts at a cool temperature in stainlesss steel to retain the estery aromatics and fresh flavours.

2017 Sweet Res Sweet Red (12 x 750ml), Swan Valley by Sandalford Estate, 12.3% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: The grapes for this wine were harvested in April 2017. At the winery, they were immediately crushed and underwent one week fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a selected yeast strain. At the end of fermentation, the wine was pressed with the free-run and pressings blended together and inoculated for Malolactic Fermentation. Once completed, the wine was blended and sweetened with red grape concentrate to the desired level prior to clarification, stabilisation and bottling. RRP $264.00

2016 Sunset Cabernet Sauvignon (12 x 750ml), Blackwood Valley by Dickinson Estate, 13.8% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: The nose displays an array of red and dark fruits – strawberry and blackcurrant with some underlying stewed rhubarb. 2018 Margaret River Range Cabernet Merlot (6 x 750ml), Margaret River by Sandalford Estate, 14.7% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: Colour: Dark cherry red. Nose: Initially this wine is rich with dark brooding berries. As it opens up there is a real juiciness that comes across with savoury spices of nutmeg and cedar to balance the black and blue berry notes. Palate: There’s generous sweet flavours, particularly the darker berries, but also plums and rhubarb that are balanced with savoury spices – bay leaf, fresh nutmeg and mocha. 2018 Rosabrook Cabernet Sauvignon (12 x 750ml), Margaret River by Rosabrook Estate, 14.5% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: Winemaker Notes: deep colour with the classic bouquet of briar Cabernet and unmistakably Margaret River this wine has a rich and structured palate.Vintage Conditions: The 2016 growing season was characterised by return to average winter rains followed by a cool spring free of high winds that lead to good flowering and fruit set. Warmer conditions prevailed into summer leading to a normal ripening compared to recent vintages. These were ideal conditions for our reds with a fine Indian summer that help develop excellent colours and fine tannin structures in the final wine.Vineyard: Located in north of Margaret River region our vineyard was planted almost 17 years ago. Low yielding and now mature.Vinification: Hand- picked grapes were fermented in a single open fermenter and plunged daily. On dryness, the wine was run to new and one-year old barrels. It was finally bottled after twelve months in oak and laid down for a further maturation until released. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, 100% Margaret River, Wine maker Brian Fletcher..
