On behalf of the Executor of a Deceased Estate we shall offer the entire contents of a storage unit located at 40 Coolawanyah Rd LIA, Karratha.

REMOVAL DEADLINE 8AM MONDAY 14TH JUNE

IMPORTANT CONDITION OF SALE

It is a condition of sale that the purchaser is required to have all items removed from the storage unit, all shelving above the sea container (bolted to the wall) is to be removed and bolts cut off and the storage unit is to be presented in a clean and tidy condition to the satisfaction of the Real Estate Company managing the unit by no later than 8am on Monday 14th June 2021.

A refundable bond of $1000 will be payable by the purchaser on top of the purchase price to cover any removal or repairs not completed to the satisfaction of the Real Estate Company managing the unit within the specified time frame.

If the above work is not completed by 8am on Monday 14th June 2021, Ross’s Auctions will engage a contractor to finish any uncompleted works and deduct the cost from the bond.

Note that the ongoing lease of the unit is available from $770 per month (Min 3 months) plus additional fees subject to approval from the Real Estate Company managing the unit.
