2014 Tomasi Chardonnay (6 x 750ml), Margaret River by Oceans Estate, 14% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: A lifted nose showing lots of typical Chardonnay aromas - nectarine, blossoms and marmalade. The complexity derived from long term aging on lees adds malt, roast nut, toast and cinnamon notes. This wine has generous ripe fruits and a creamy texture.

2015 Gnornburp Sauvignon Blanc (12 x 750ml), Great Southern by Gnornbup Estate, 14% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: Tropical fruits laced with passionfruit and lyches. Fresh with a lingering acidity full of flavour, vibrant in colour and a smooth full finish.

2017 Four Jacks Shiraz Cabernet (12 x 750ml), Manjimup by Peos Estate, 13.7 Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: COLOUR: Deep Plum, AROMATICS: Sweet savoury spice with subtle plum notes, PALATE: Soft rich plum and savoury flavours with a long finish, OAK MATURATION: 12 months in 100% oak barrels, WINEMAKING: machine harvested fruit was de-stemed and crushed into 8-ton fermenters and pumped over with aeration twice a day. The fruit was fermented at around 25 C and then allowed to warm up for a long post fermentation maceration . The wine was then transferred into barrels for its malo-lactic fermentation, allowing a soft intergration of the grape and wood tannins. .

2021 1840 Chenin Blanc (6x 750ml), Swan Valley by Sandalford Estate, 12.2% Alc/Vol, : Winemakers Comments Picked in early February 2019, these Chenin Blanc grapes were immediately crushed and pressed, with only the free run juice being used for this wine. The juice was all fermented in barrel but with a slight difference – whilst most of them were old French oak barrels, there was also 2 stainless steel barrels used. All barrels were inoculated with a selected yeast strains and the wine was left on lees for 5.5 months in barrel before blending and bottling. Tasting Notes Colour: Pale lemon with green edges Nose: Honey and quince with a floral lift. Palate: The flavours from the nose meet crisp green apples, with almonds and beeswax giving a beautiful savoury edge. This wine is textural on the palate and has a crisp finish with wonderful length. Whilst drinking beautifully now, this wine will continue to evolve into a richer and more complex wine with age. RRP $180.00

2014 Cherished Merlot (12 x 750ml), Blackwood Valley by Dickinson Estate, 14.5% Alc/Vol. James Halliday Wine Companion 5 STAR 2020 Winemaking: A cultured yeast used for fermentation, pressed via tank then to oak barrel (10% new French Oak) for 11 months. Tasting Notes: The 2014 Cherished Merlot has a lifted aroma of berries and plums with a touch of violets layered over the top of French oak. The palate is soft and round with plums and a savoury earthiness. A medium to full bodied style with tannins that are fine and a long finish. Best served with game, lamb or at a BBQ!

VINTAGE: A very cool and late vintage and a benchmark for whites from the region. VINIFICATION: Grapes were night harvested and the cold juice fermented in steel. 2018 Sweet Red (12 x 750ml), Margaret River by Sandalford Estate, 12.8% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: Vintage The 2018 vintage was a return to the fantastic conditions that WA is known for. The preceding winter and early spring rainfall provided a good base of ground water for the vines to thrive. November was warm and dry, setting up the vines perfectly through flowering and fruit set. An extended, dry and warm summer through to the end of picking in mid-April, produced outstanding fruit to make wine from. All grapes harvested this season are of exceptional quality and showing great varietal characteristics. Winemakers Comments Sweet red is a style for those wine drinkers who often find red wines somewhat dry and tannic. There is often a cultural aspect to this and out of respect of this we have made this wine to suit those who really enjoy this style of wine. Definitely a wine to serve chilled for best enjoyment. Tasting Notes Colour: Dark garnet red. Nose: This wine is full of sweet berry flavours. Blackberries, blueberries, mulberries and hints of raspberries. Palate: As for the nose, there are abundant berry flavours on the palate. Underlying the berries are savoury spices and mocha flavours. This wine is unmistakably a sweet red.

2020 Estate Reserve Verdelho (6 x 750ml), Margaret River by Sandalford Estate, 13.2% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: Colour: Pale lemon. Nose: Orange blossom florals meld with quince paste and a hint of spiciness. Palate: This is one of my favourites. Definite floral notes, with a chalky minerality coming through. There are hints of citrus, with oranges through to lemons. This wine is textural and has a refreshing acid balance leading to wonderful length on the finish. It definitely has that drinkability factor. Drink now whilst young or for something different, this wine can be cellared. It will reward you as it evolves with age. RRP $ 150.00

2017 Ground To Cloud Cabernet Sauvignon (6x750 ml), Margaret River by Black Brewing Co, 13.8% Alc/Vol, GOLD MEDAL 95Points, Tasting Notes: 88% Cabernet, 7% Merlot & 5% Malbec - 100% Margaret River A velvety palate with dark forest fruits and sweet oak spice. The fruit was fermented in Stainless steel open fermenter with a combination of pump overs and hand plunging. Fermentation on skins lasted for about 8 days to retain freshness and after gentle pressing this wine spent 12 months in old French oak barriques RRP: $25.00 per bottle

2014 Lashings Cabernet Merlot (12 x 750ml), Margaret River by Oceans Estate, 14% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: The Aromas are of wild berries with spicy hints. There is a lot going on and the wine opens up with time. This wine shows classic red fruits, with hints of cassis. The palate has great length with smooth texture and finishes clean. Vintage proceeded smoothly and the reds fully ripened producing full bodied robust wines. RRP: $180.00

2008 Frazer Wood Sparkling Shiraz, Margaret River, 6 x 750ml, Alc/Vol 14.3%, Tasting Notes: The quality of this fruit shines through every aspect of this wine, showing an exquisite crimson, to the rich cherry and plum aromas, through the refined mid palate. 2019 Sauvignon Blanc Semillon (6 x 750ml), Ferguson Valley by Rascals Corner, 12.1% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: "Estate grown from the beautiful Rascals Corner vineyard established in 2002 and located in Ferguson Valley within the Geographe wine region. Situated 180m above sea level and surrounded by an abundance of rolling hills, fresh water streams and picturesque forest, the rich, red, friable loam and gravelly soils on weathered granite create the ideal environment for producing sumptuous, flavoursome fruit. In winter, good annual rainfall turns the valley a luscious green and in summer, a dry, sunny growing season with cool night breezes culminates in a consistent and even ripening season. BLEND: Sauvignon Blanc 51%. Semillon 49%. COLOUR: Pale straw. AROMATICS: Big, grassy, citrus aromas. PALATE: Rich, full flavoured palate showing both herbal sauvignon blanc and lemon and lanolin Semillon characters. Excellent length with a clean fresh finish. WINEMAKING: The Sauvignon Blanc grapes and the Semillon grapes were hand picked harvested then airbag pressed. The fermentation was carried out in tank. 2014 Tomasi Cabernet Sauvignon (12 x 750ml), Margaret River by Oceans Estate, 14% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: This wine has been matured for 14 months in 100% French oak barrels. Shows typical bay leaf mulberries.Darker berry fruit, medium bodied and soft tannins. It was a cool vintage with warm days and cold nights. .

2021 Water Dancer Cabernet Merlot (12 x 750ml), Ferguson Valley by Willow Bridge Estate, 13.5% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: Estate grown from the spectacular hillside vineyard in the Ferguson Valley of the Geographe wine region, fruit is sourced predominately from the Blinman blocks which was planted in 1998. Soil is typically a deep layer of ironstone gravelly loam over red and yellow friable clay with slight westerly aspects at elevations of 220 to 250m above sea level. Water Dancer typifies the juicy and fleshy expression of the varieties from the Geographe region. A spectrum of flavours ranging from bright berry fruits, to darker plum and lashings of chocolate. Winemaking technique enhances the aromatic and flavour profile of the varieties whilst maintaining a long fine tannin structure. Tasting Note/Flavour Profile Generous lashings of ripe blackberry, plum and dark chocolate. Fleshy flavoursome palate of bright berry fruits and mocha hints. Cellaring Up to 6 years.

2020 Margaret River Cabernet Merlot (6x 750ml), Margaret River by Sandalford Estate, 14.4% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: Vintage Whilst the majority of Australia experienced a hot summer with above average temperatures, the southwest corner of WA experienced a relatively mild summer. Temperatures during the harvest period were below average. These milder conditions allowed for a slow ripening pattern for most varieties, resulting in excellent flavour accumulation at time of harvest. All grapes were harvested with an optimum balance of sugar, tannin and flavours. The resulting wines are displaying bright varietal characters with fresh, balanced acidity. Winemakers Comments The grapes were machine harvested during the cool of night in the second week of April. After destemming to static fermenters, the must was inoculated with a selected yeast isolate. The ferments were managed by twice daily pump overs to ensure optimal extraction of colour, flavour and tannins. After suitable extraction, based on taste, the wine was then drained and pressed to tank. After malolactic fermentation, the wine was matured with 25% new French oak and a portion in older French oak barriques, before blending and bottling. Tasting Notes Colour: Deep garnet red Nose: A deep and brooding nose of blackberry and redcurrant fruits, plum, wild mint, mulberry and chocolate box characteristics. The wine evolves and opens up in the glass revealing a real juiciness, along with oak spice, camphor and nutmeg to complement the ripe fruit notes. Palate: Generous, up front sweet fruit flavours of dark berries and plums that are balanced with savoury spice notes of bay leaf, fresh nutmeg and mocha. Medium weight with tight, fine grained tannin, supported by balanced acidity. This provides a lovely balance and a sustained finish to the wine. A wine that drinks well now, but will benefit from medium term cellaring.

2018 Ground To Cloud Rose Tempranillo (6x750 ml), Frankland by Black Brewing Co, 12.9%, BRONZE MEDAL, 90 Points, Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: 100% Tempranillo - 100% Frankland River. A dry style rose that is fruity and refreshing with strawberries & cream that linger on the palate. Fruit was harvested at night to ensure low temperature and low colour extraction, once received once received we gently pressed the fruit to avoid deep coloration of the juice. The juice was then cold settled, racked and inoculated for fermentation which was conducted at 16 degrees. Once dry the rose was kept on fine lees for texture for about 3 months then racked off lees and clarified before bottling. RRP: $25.00 per bottle

2020 Element of Sandalford Shiraz Cabernet (12 x 750ml), Western Australia by Sandalford Estate, Tasting Notes Colour: Cherry red. Nose: Bright juicy berries, especially blueberries and blackberries with hints of white pepper. Palate: This is a fruity wine full of juicy berries. Plum notes are sneaking through from the Cabernet and underneath are the savoury spices. This wine is medium bodied with light, silky tannins. A wine to enjoy within the next few years. $168.00

2012 Frazer Wood Fortified Shiraz (12 x 375ml), Margaret River by Frazer Woods Estate, 17.3% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: The deep vibrant red colour is matched by lifted fruit aromas of blackberry and plum, enhanced by notes of sweet vanilla and spice. The palate is smooth and luscious, expressing stunning dark berry, cassis and plum flavours, complemented by hints of vanilla, cinnamon and clove, with just a wisp of toasty oak. Vibrant fruit flavours persist for ever on the opulent palate, giving a lingering, smooth, round and satisfying finish, lifted with a touch of soft cleansing acid. WINEMAKING NOTES The Frazer Woods Shiraz is created exclusively from fruit of a small block of vines on the family estate in the esteemed Willyabrup Sub-region of Margaret River. Made in the traditional “vintage” style, by adding alcohol to the actively fermenting ripe Shiraz must. The active ferment is thereby halted, yielding a rich and full fruity wine with residual, unfermented grape sugar giving the characteristic sweetness of the style. Subsequent aging for three years in small oak barrels adds texture and further mellow flavour complexity.

2016 Chapman Semillon Sauvignon Blanc (12 x 750ml), Margaret River by Chapman Grove Estate, 12.5% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: Pale straw, with an attractive green tinge. Perfumed vibrant and fresh, this Semillon sauvignon blanc shows some lovely white tropical fruits, with subtle grassy overtones. It Is lively and generous, with some tropical fruits and lychee flavours which persist in the mid palate, and finish with a subtle lanolin.

2016 Select Vineyards Merlot (12 x 750ml), Margaret River by Watershed Wines, 13.7% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: The 2016 Select Vineyards Merlot is made to produce an easy drinking, soft, fruity and approachable wine style. The fruit used in this wine is sourced from Watershed’s Estate Vineyard in the Wallcliffe sub region of Margaret River. The wine exhibits aromas of red berries, plums and herbs. On the palate, notes of vanilla and mocha are complemented by a round and juicy texture and a soft finish..

2017 Chapman Grove Rose (12 x 750ml), Margaret River by Chapman Grove, 12.0% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: Bright & vibrantly rich in colour with a lovely perfume and hints of wild raspberries dusted with icing sugar and cloves on the nose. This is a drier style of Rose with a full and vibrant palate showcasing powerful summer fruit flavours with enough acidity to enable it to be matched with a variety of dishes.

Palate: This is a complex wine, full of stone fruits, citrus and cashew nut flavours. The French oak is beautifully integrated, adding layers to both the flavour (vanilla and toasty notes) and the mouthfeel of the wine.
