All items at Ross’s Auctions are sold on an ‘as is, where is’ basis. This means the item is being sold in its current condition, regardless of any faults or damage. The bidder accepts full responsibility in satisfying themselves with the item prior to bidding. It is recommended that that if the bidder is in doubt, not to bid as no returns or refunds will be made.

Site access restrictions will apply.

Site access forms will be required to be approved by Sandfire Resources 3 days prior to inspection days.

Visitors will be required to complete an online induction prior to their visit.

Site Inspections Tuesday 15 November and Monday 21 November.

There will be limited seats availble to fly to site on Tuesday 15 November.

Site inspections will also be conducted on Monday 21 November from 9am to 3pm. Buyers will be required to make their own travel arrangements to site.

Whilst on site visitors will be escorted at all times.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): The minimum standard for site visitors is Hivis collared shirt with sleeves, long trousers, steel cap safety boots, medium impact safety glasses and hard hat. These items must be worn at all times. Visitors must supply their own PPE.

NOTE: Storage Charges apply at $100.00 per day, per, lot if goods are not collected within the time frame provided.
