The bidder accepts full responsibility in satisfying themselves with the item prior to bidding. It is recommended that that if the bidder is in doubt, not to bid as no returns or refunds will be made. 

NOTE: Storage Charges apply at $100.00 per day, per lot, if goods are not collected within the time frame provided. 

PICK UP: Goods to be collected from Tuesday the 4th to Thursday the 6th of July, from 8:30am to 4:00pm from Ross's Auctioneers & Valuers, 453 Orrong Rd, Welshpool, WA. (All goods must be removed by 4:00pm on Thursday the 6th of July).
