SPECIAL INFORMATION!

It is required for all Bidders to download the Auction Documents. Forms are required for the clearance to remove lots from site. The Principal Contract Appointment Letter (Template) is to be used as the template guide, and the Special Conditions & Removal must be signed before items are cleared for removal.

In connection with the Buyer's Dismantling Works, the Vendor may provide additional site support which may include a single accommodation, meals & laundry, and consumables which may include fuel (if applicable), as agreed between the parties from time to time at the Buyer's cost on commercial terms. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that there are currently NO CLEANING SERVICES provided at the accommodation and that it's Personnel may be responsible for cleaning their accommodation as agreed from time to time.

Condition of Site Entry

Full PPR is required for site access, including Steel Caps, Long Sleeve Shirts & Long Trousers MUST be worn onsite.

All items at Ross’s Auctions are sold on an ‘as is, where is’ basis. This means the item is being sold in its current condition, regardless of any faults or damage. The bidder accepts full responsibility in satisfying themselves with the item prior to bidding. It is recommended that that if the bidder is in doubt, not to bid as no returns or refunds will be made.
