Enclosed Footwear MUST be worn onsite.


All items are sold ‘as is, where is’
All items at Ross’s Auctions are sold on an ‘as is, where is’ basis. This means the item is being sold in its current condition, regardless of any faults or damage. The bidder accepts full responsibility in satisfying themselves with the item prior to bidding. It is recommended that that if the bidder is in doubt, not to bid as no returns or refunds will be made. 


PICK UP: Goods to be collected Wednesday 10th April at 9am to 4pm from 165 CUMMING ROAD OAKFORD WA 6121. (All goods must be removed by 4:00pm, any goods remaining on site will be deemed abandoned.  Collection requests outside of Wednesday 10th April will attract a $50 per item collection fee payable prior to collection).

PLEASE NOTE: Collection for Heavy Items MUST be made on Friday the 12th of April and Tuesday the 16th of April ONLY. Please do not attempt to collect these items on Wednesday the 10th. ALL OTHER ITEMS MUST BE COLLECTED ON WEDNESDAY THE 10TH, AS THESE DATES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR THE HEAVIER EQUIPMENT.

NOTE: Please adhere to the specified Collection Period to avoid any delays. All uncollected goods beyond the designated timeframe will be considered abandoned by the Buyer.
