HelpingMinds offers free support and information for people affected by mental health challenges across Western Australia.
Not only do they provide support services to those living with psychosocial disability due to mental health challenges, but also to the family, friends, and carers that are supporting someone with mental health challenges. With nearly 50 years of service, HelpingMinds have come to understand that having a loved one who is experiencing mental health challenges can be a difficult and isolating experience. As such, HelpingMinds provide a range of mental health support and services that can help you care for your loved ones. HelpingMinds are there to listen and to provide you with emotional and practical support that will help you and your family cope during stressful times.
You don't have to go through it alone!
HelpingMinds offers free & confidential mental health services, including:
- Counselling and support groups for the family and friedsn of people living with mental health challenges
- Early intervention programs for children and young people at risk of developing a mental health challenge
- School Holiday Programs for young children who have family or close friends living with mental health challenges
- Individualised support services for people with a psychosocial disabiltiy
- Mental health education programs for schools and the community
- Helping family and friends of people living with mental health challenges, to understand their rights and have their voice heard
- Recovery College that provides students with the knowledge and tools to find the most meaning, confidence and enjoyment in day-to-day life

This Charity auction, sponsored by C.D. Dodd Scrap Metal Recyclers and The Grout Guy, provides an opportunity for Bidders to purchase Game Worn Jerseys from the Perth Thunder in an upcoming Match.
Part proceeds from the auction will go toward "HelpindMinds" to assist with their efforts towards mental health.
