All items are sold ‘as is, where is’
All items at Ross’s Auctions are sold on an ‘as is, where is’ basis. This means the item is being sold in its current condition, regardless of any faults or damage. The bidder accepts full responsibility in satisfying themselves with the item prior to bidding. It is recommended that that if the bidder is in doubt, not to bid as no returns or refunds will be made. 


PICK UP: Goods to be collected from Thursday the 23rd to Monday the 27th of October, WEEKDAYS ONLY, from 8:30am to 4:00pm from Ross's Auctioneers & Valuers, 453 Orrong Rd, Welshpool, WA. (All goods must be removed by 4:00pm on Monday the 27th of October). Any goods not collected in this timeframe will incur a Late Collection Fee of $200 per item, per day. PLEASE NOTE: Any invoice changes required after the closure of the auction will incur a $150/per invoice fee.

NOTE: To collect your goods, please ensure you have a valid form of Photo Identification present (such as a Driver's Licence) if you are requested to confirm your identity.

NOTE: Please adhere to the specified Collection Period to avoid any delays. All uncollected goods beyond the designated timeframe will be considered abandoned by the Buyer and subject to resale to recover Storage Fees. In the event of a late collection, a Late Collection Fee of $200 per item, per day, will apply starting AFTER the designated timeframe. Payment of all accrued fees of late-collected goods will be required for goods to be released.
