All items at Ross’s Auctions are sold on an ‘as is, where is’ basis. This means the item is being sold in its current condition, regardless of any faults or damage. The bidder accepts full responsibility in satisfying themselves with the item prior to bidding. It is recommended that that if the bidder is in doubt, not to bid as no returns or refunds will be made. 


PICK UP: Goods to be collected from Wednesday the 14th to Thursday the 15th of January (from 8:00am to 2:00pm), and Friday the 16th of January (from 8:00am to 12:00pm), from 302 Gnangara Road, Landsdale WA. (All goods must be removed by 12:00pm on Friday the 16th of January). PLEASE NOTE: Any invoice changes required after the closure of the auction will incur a $150/per invoice fee.

NOTE: To collect your goods, please ensure you have a valid form of Photo Identification present (such as a Driver's Licence) if you are requested to confirm your identity.

NOTE: Please adhere to the specified Collection Period to avoid any delays. All uncollected goods beyond the designated timeframe will be considered abandoned by the Buyer.
