Enclosed Footwear MUST be worn onsite.


All items are sold ‘as is, where is’
All items at Ross’s Auctions are sold on an ‘as is, where is’ basis. This means the item is being sold in its current condition, regardless of any faults or damage. The bidder accepts full responsibility in satisfying themselves with the item prior to bidding. It is recommended that that if the bidder is in doubt, not to bid as no returns or refunds will be made. 

NOTE: All payments must be made via Head Office. EFT Transfer/Direct Debit, Credit (1% Credit Card Fee applies), in person or by Phone 9362 9777 via our Head Office located at 453 Orrong Road, Welshpool. NO Payments Accepted at Site.

PICK UP: Goods to be collected STRICTLY from Wednesday the 18th to Thursday the 19th of February 2026, at 8:00am to 3:00pm from 484 Bickley Road, Maddington WA. (All goods must be removed by 3:00pm on Thursday the 19th of February 2026). PLEASE NOTE: Any invoice changes required after the closure of the auction will incur a $150/per invoice fee.

NOTE: To collect your goods, please ensure you have a valid form of Photo Identification present (such as a Driver's Licence) if you are requested to confirm your identity.


NOTE: Please adhere to the specified Collection Period to avoid any delays. All uncollected goods beyond the designated timeframe will be considered abandoned by the Buyer.
